Roles and Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) o Manage the below deliverables through team, Self and Internal Coordination at BFL. o Relationship Management with Two Wheeler OEMs which will contribute significantly to velocity o Build Scheme Properties , Drive Key Scheme Penetration. o Engagement with Key OEM spocs at HO and OEM Sales Team at Branch and Regional Level and establish coordination in market between BFL Sales team and OEM Sales Team o Plan and Manage Digital , ARU campaigns for given set of accounts. . o Inputs & Monitoring of the TA, IF program o Proliferation of TA and IF across set of accounts o Drive Distribution expansion with BFL for given set of accounts o Ensuring timely revert on manufacturer querys on Manufacturer service issues. o Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are timely addressed. o Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with. o Ensure timely dealer mapping,demapping for OEMs Authorized partners o Ensure monthly MIS checking , Reconciliation Closures and clearance of any errors and frauds o Managing and Resolving OEM escalations on market facing issues both on Retail Financing as well as Inventory FinancingINTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - Product Team - Business Team - ARU Team - Working Capital Team - Finance Team - Customer Service Operations Team External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - OEM Finance - OEM Retail Finance & Inventory Finance - OEM Branch Sales - OEM National Sales - OEM National Product, Category Manager - OEM Retail Experience, Own Store - OEM Marketing - OEM Digital Marketing - Dealer Partners
