Role details: Title / Designation: Infrastructure Specialist - PM (M&A) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 8 - 10 Years Work mode: Hybrid Role & responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to execution and closure. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Manage resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Drive communication and governance through steering committee meetings, dashboards, and PMO reporting. Prepare and validate SOWs, business cases, and test cases with stakeholder sign-offs. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and PMO standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to support PMO rollout and process governance Candidate requirements: Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, budget, and resource constraints. Strong understanding of IT concepts, especially networking technologies, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in using project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, and MS Project. Experienced in managing large, complex IT projects and leading cross-functional or remote teams across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region. Demonstrated capability to conduct project meetings, provide weekly updates, and proactively follow up on deliverables. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and present effectively at all organizational levels. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field; 6+ years of IT project and program management experience. Experience in IT hardware upgrade and network migration projects in an MNC environment. PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.
