Job Opening: Machine OperatorDepartment: ProductionLocation: Chennai, Tamil NaduIndustry: Tyre Manufacturing MNCKey Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.Perform regular quality checks during production.Report defects or inconsistencies in products.Ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.Immediately report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.Shifts:7 AM to 3 PM3 PM to 11 PM11 PM to 7 AMWork week: 6 days/week with 1 rolling day offShift Allowance: ₹30 per night shift (up to 15 shifts/month)Note:Pan India Candidates can apply except UP & BiharInterviews: OnlineMedical Test: Mandatory post-selectionRequirementsRequirements:Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)Age: 18-25 yearsGender: Male & FemaleHealth Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past.
