About the company: A semiconductor manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting & Compliance Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in accordance with Indian GAAP and IFRS. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA). Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to manage audits and compliance reviews. Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls are maintained and improved. 2. Controllership & Governance Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, inventory accounting, and fixed assets. Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risk and safeguard company assets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle). 3. Budgeting & Forecasting Drive the annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), and rolling forecasts. Support business units in performance tracking, cost control, and variance analysis. Collaborate with FP&A team to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership. 4. Strategic Finance Support Partner with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to provide cost analytics, capex ROI assessments, and cash flow planning. Lead initiatives in cost optimization, working capital management, and inventory control. Support financial due diligence, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions for global operations. 5. Team Leadership & Development Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Promote knowledge-sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive finance mindset.
