JOB DETAILS Travel extensively in the assigned territory to meet clients.Promote the sale of the products of well-known multi-national companies represented by the company to our customers. Source new potential customers. Maintain strong relationship and contact with new and existing customers. Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products through trials. Adhere to the companys policies/guidelines/commercial norms/statutory requirements etc. in achieving the sales objectives. Prepare and send quotations, product related documents to customers and follow up for orders. Prepare sales plans and collection plans that are in line with the monthly and annual budgets.  Communicate effectively with the immediate reporting authority through daily call reports and take necessary actions to improve performance. Provide forecasts for products needed to be sold. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints from customers. Promptly collect the payments from customers and maintain a good track record in managing outstanding.  Achieve sales and collection targets. Experience 1 to 3 years experience in selling Food Ingredients/Flavors/Raw materials used in manufacturing of end products from Dairy, Bakery, Confectionery, Beverages, etc  Minimum Qualification Academic - B.Sc in Food science/Dairy Science/Food Chemistry or B.Tech in Food Technology/Dairy Technology, Food Processing and other relevant food related courses. - Candidates who have done an MBA in Sales & Marketing etc have an added advantage.  Professional - They should have solid sales skills and the ability to deliver a solution-oriented sales pitch.  Behavioral Competencies Communication, Adaptability, Inquiry, Endurance, Willingness and Curiosity to learn, Customer Service, Sales Negotiation, Ability to build relationships with customers, Result driven.  Industry Preference Food Ingredient Distributors or Food Product Manufacturers involved in industrial segments like Dairy, Bakery, Confectionery, Beverages, Nutritional Supplements, Convenience Foods, Plant Based Meat Alternatives, Animal Feed, Microbiological Food Testing, Pharmaceutical, Food Processing and Edible Oil Refineries FUNCTIONAL AREA Food Ingredients Jobs Consultancy in Chennai, Food Ingredients Jobs Consultancy near me, Food Ingredients Jobs, Top, Best, Jobs Consultancy in Chennai, Food Ingredients, Raw Material, Business Development Apply Now
