They have a strong presence in the market and are known for their high-quality engineering and manufacturing outputs.Job DescriptionOversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring all equipment is functioning effectivelyMonitor the production processes and adjust schedules as neededManage the P&L of the plantBring large scale transformations and strategic changes to drive the organisation on a huge growth pathDevelop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the plantEnsure safety regulations are strictly adhered to, maintaining a safe working environmentCoordinate with different departments for smooth operationOversee plant infrastructure and equipment maintenanceGlobal stakeholder managementImplement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focusMonitor operations and trigger corrective actionsThe Successful Applicant in Engineering from Tier I institute. MBA will be highly preferredA minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial products or auto ancillariesThorough knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodsStrong understanding of safety regulations and proceduresExcellent leadership and team management skillsVision and organisational leadership to run operationsAbility to collaborate with global stakeholdersExcellent communication skills to manage the flow of information
