Job Title: Civil Supervisor
Experience: 2 Years
Industry Focus: Real Estate
Location: 14th Floor, Unimark Asian, 52/1, Shakespeare Sarani Rd, Elgin, Kolkata, West Bengal
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the construction process of real estate and commercial buildings,
ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations,
quality standards, and building codes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications
and designs are followed accurately.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and present to senior
management.
Troubleshoot issues that arise on-site and provide timely solutions to minimize project
delays.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
Skills & Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of real estate and commercial building development processes.
Experience with project management, construction scheduling, and budgeting.
Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
