Job Description
Lead the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Formulate pricing strategies for its customers.Be involved & support the leadership in fund-raising activities.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business strategies.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners.Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as CA, CPA, MBA or equivalent.Proven expertise in financial management, developing pricing strategies & fund-raising.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Experience in stakeholder management and team leadership.-
