Job Description

Manage the development of the Global Capability Centre, ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams.Act as the central technical point for communication and support related to GCC tasks.Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions aligned with defined quality standards.Oversee and manage projects efficiently, adhering to established systems, processes, and standards.Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and operational efficiency.Maintain and develop the technical skills and competencies of the GCC team to meet evolving business demands.Travel as needed to support project execution and global teamwork.Build and sustain strong professional networks within the organization and with external industry contacts.Demonstrate cultural awareness and promote smooth collaboration in a diverse, global work environment.Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering teams

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering context.Strong background in engineering and project execution10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Strong technical expertise with hands-on project management experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Capability to operate effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving focus with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
