Cloud Security QA Engineer

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Cloud Security Testing: Perform security testing on cloud-based applications and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) to identify vulnerabilities and risks. Automated Testing: Develop and execute automated test scripts to evaluate security functionalities, vulnerabilities, and integration points across cloud platforms. Vulnerability Management: Identify security risks and vulnerabilities in cloud environments, report findings, and collaborate with development teams to remediate. Test Planning: Design and implement test strategies and plans, focusing on security, performance, and scalability. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments (penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, etc.) on cloud systems and software. Security Best Practices: Recommend best practices in cloud computing environments. Documentation: Create detailed reports of test results, security issues, and resolutions. Maintain clear and concise documentation of security procedures, test cases, and automation frameworks. Strong understanding of cloud security principles and common vulnerabilities Expertise in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation purposes. Knowledge of security concepts like encryption, identity management, access control, and multi-factor authentication. Certification on : AWS Certified Security Specialty or equivalent cloud security certifications. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
