Job description Company – INFS Location –PUNE VIMAN NAGAR Website- Job Description Overview INFS is looking for a Social Media & Growth Specialist who can take charge of social media strategy, lead generation, and content creation. This role requires a marketing professional capable of handling social media across all platforms, working closely with content writers and designers, and creating campaigns that generate leads and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with business objectives. - Oversee daily social media management across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and the blog. - Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to produce engaging and high-converting content. - Develop lead generation campaigns (organic and paid) to support business growth. - Create and optimize lead funnels, including webinars, free resources, and other strategic content. - Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights. - Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for increasing brand awareness and engagement. - Regularly monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead. Required Skills and Experience - At least 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. - Strong ability to create and execute lead generation campaigns on social media platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive, business-driven content. - Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for business growth. - Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic landing page tools. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and time-management skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with SEO, SEM, and lead funnel creation. - Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others. - Understanding of the fitness, wellness, or education industry is a plus. - Brownie points if you are an INFS Scholar.
