Job Requirements) 3+ years engineering management experience 8+ years backend systems experience Crypto knowledge preferred but not required. You are proficient in developing solutions for ambiguous problems with the ability to balance short term vs long term tradeoffs. You have an energy and self-drive for continuous learning as Crypto is a constantly and rapidly changing space.
