Job Title: Workday Functional Payroll Consultant

Experience:3-8 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·Required Certified experienced candidate infunctional Payroll module of workday

·Experience in working Critical incidents onPayroll module and its related concepts.

·Experience in resolving Payroll Issues, byanalyzing and creating the calculation logics as per the business need.

·Participate in the full lifecycle of a projectincluding requirement gathering, Business Analysis, System Configuration,Design and Testing

·Participate in getting the Requirementgatherings for a new enhancement and proposing ideas to enhance the process.

·Support deployment activities includinginvolvement in implementation and hyper care related activities

·Experience on HCM related topics for supportincidents, good understanding in Time & Absence and its configuration, hireto Retire Business Process, supervisory organization and related module setups

·Good understanding and expertise onconfiguration, impact and assessment of business process changes.

·Good understanding of EIB loads and dataconversion

·Experience in handling on all business processrelated issues, including configuring the documents by creating textblocks/BIRT, notifications, alerts and Dashboards

·Experience on handling security issues

·Experience in Reporting (Advanced, Matrix andComposite reports) mainly on payroll reporting is added advantage

·Experience in Payroll related Dashboards andDiscovery Boards and Reporting oriented visual creation based on clientrequirements.
