Job Description

Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for company's existing and new productsAdvising the business teams of company on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information securityDrafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing and collection contracts with financial institutions, tech vendor contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts)Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of company (terms and conditions, privacy policy and general terms of use)Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the company.Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisor and external counsel to manage multiple projects
