Responsibilities
Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to promote books, both new arrivals as well as already launched books in online and offline mode.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, reading awareness, etc.
Look into end to end execution strategy, format, outreach and outcomes.
Working with internal departments to ensure the campaign objectives as measured in terms of sale of books are achieved.
Qualifications
· Minimum education qualification – Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA (MBA in marketing with previous experience in the book publishing/content industry will be preferred).
· Hands-on experience with ECommerce platforms (Seller as well as User) like Amazon, Flipkart as well as social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Quora, etc.
· Experience as a marketing manager will be preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
