Job Description

Lead and manage research and development activities.Setup Greenfield and Brownfield labs in 6-10 months.Oversee the strategic direction of the company's technical operations.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure process development and manufacturing success.Drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge within agrochemical and Pharmaceutical sectors.Ensure regulatory compliance in all scientific and manufacturing endeavors.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional developmentRepresent the company at industry events and conferences.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should be a Phd in Chemistry with 25+ years of experience and majority in process development for AIs or APIs. The applicant MUST have experience in setting up brownfield labs or greenfield labs within short turnaround time. The applicant MUST have built 50-80 member R&D team in a short duration. The applicant should come with an entrepreneurial mindset to join a growth oriented firm.
