Job description Key Responsibilities:Order Pickup and Delivery:• Collect laundry and dry-cleaning items from customers as per theallocated schedule on the mobile app.• Deliver cleaned and packaged orders back to customers within thedesignated time slots.Customer Interaction:• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.• Verify order details (customer name, mobile number, address)before pickup and delivery.• Address any customer queries or concerns and escalate issues tothe supervisor if needed.General Responsibility:• Use the mobile application to track pickup/delivery locations, timeslots, and order details.• Ensure punctual pickups and deliveries, adhering to the scheduledtime slots.• Optimize routes to improve delivery efficiency and reduceturnaround time.• Performing quality checks of the clothes received from the customer& from the factory after processing• Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation toconfirm proper day to day orders received/sent• Planning & organising daily work/travel based on pickups assignedfor the day• Answering customers questions and responding to complaints in aprofessional manner• Accepting and recording payment for delivered ordersWhat we’re looking for:• Minimum 10th Pass or equivalent.• Effective communication skills – preferably multi lingual (English,Kannada & Hindi) any two.• Able to multitask and perform under pressure while remainingprofessional with customers• Competent computer knowledge with fluid working hand on smartphoneExperience: Minimum work experience: 1yr+ (Prior experience indelivery services, or customer-facing roles is preferred)Working Hours: 10 am to 9:00 pm (6 working days - Wednesday is aweekly off)Skills:• Basic smartphone handling and mobile app usage.• Strong time management and route optimization skills.• Good communication skills (local language and basicEnglish/Hindi).• Customer-oriented with a polite and professional attitude.Perks and Benefits:• Salary: 16k to 20k Per Month.• Electric Two Wheeler will be provided from Company.Note: Candidate needs to get with the Police Verification done and costof the verification will be reimbursed by the companyINTERESTED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY OR CONTACT:ANUSHKA GUPTA8770187707anushka.gupta@white-force.in
