Responsibilities

Building, deploying and maintaining solutions for AHEAD Integrating with AHEAD, MS tools and eBonding with customers Developing solutions for customers within our internal instance as well as on customers’ instances of ServiceNow Collaborating with the Managed Solutions Architect to drive forward current and future AHEAD, MS initiatives Participating on sales calls and providing estimates for new and ongoing AHEAD, MS opportunities Resolving the most challenging ServiceNow technical issues for AHEAD, MS customers Assisting and mentoring other members of the team Operating within a Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability Managing incidents, requests, changes, and associated communication Creating and maintaining supporting KB documentation Communicate progress, roadblocks, and recommendations to customers

Qualifications
