JOB DETAILS 1. To ensure maintenance, hygiene and cleanliness of Department to prevent hospital acquire Infection2. To ensure availability of sanctioned number of staff at all times and to take immediate proactive action for suitable replacement 3. To monitor staff duty rosters in order to ensure effective utilization of manpower 4. To control and channelize patient flow during peak flow time and to take actions to reduce patient waiting time, admission time and discharge time 5. To take periodic audit of stock and control the usage of stock 6. To do an audit of Bills every week and to ensure that there are no outstanding payments and to ensure that agreed reimbursement are made 7. To co-ordinate with Purchase Team for timely delivery of supplies 8. To monitor that all the clinical and non-clinical registers of Department and Lab are completed 9. To monitor patient counselling and to ensure maximum counselling conversion 10.
