Opportunity to grow within a globally recognized institutionExposure to end-to-end deal execution in a high-performance environmentAbout Our ClientGlobally recognised corporate and investment bank.Job DescriptionSupport the team in executing Corporate Finance mandates including M&A transactions, private placements, and other advisory assignments.Conduct comprehensive industry research and prepare market intelligence reports.Analyse company financials, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Build and update financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions).Assist in drafting investor presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.Coordinate due diligence processes by liaising with clients, legal advisors, auditors, and other stakeholders.Track transaction timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Prepare internal memos, deal documentation, and support project documentation filing.The Successful Applicant1 - 3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a related field.Prior experience working on live deals is advantageous.India deal experience preferred
