Job Description

Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable D365 CE solutions.Oversee configuration, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365 applications aligned with client needs.Collaborate with technical teams to define development and data migration strategies.Provide quality assurance, documentation, and mentoring across the functional consulting team.Stay updated on Microsoft roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

Experience leading project teams and delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions across multiple industries.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex system designs.Deep understanding of D365 CE applications, workflows, business rules, and security roles.Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools and third-party system integrations.Strategic problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and continuous improvement.
