Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core (versions 3.1, 6, or 8) and C# programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of Elastic search is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
