Roles and Responsibilities

A leading Fast Food Chain & Custodian of Global Brand is looking for Tech Project Manager for their teamEssential – B. Tech Computer Science
Preferred – Hands on software development experience Experience:
Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology
With minimum experience of 7-9 years in a role of software development and API integrations
Must have sound knowledge on various latest development languages and data bases
Experience working with non-technical personnel and translating business concepts into developmentrequirements
Experience with multiple project tracking and managing sprints and agile process
Experience with products backlog including prioritization, grooming/sprint planning, development, QA/testing, and production release and defect management
Ability to work with global teams
Duties and Responsibilities:
Advises on engineering process and development for eCommerce, inclusive of development validation and code
review, story point estimation, agile process refinement, architecture inputs and validation checks
Drives Architecture design for iOS and Android apps and Progressive Web Apps built with React
Thought leader on DevOps surrounding eCommerce platform development and deployment
Develop remediation steps to ensure platforms operate with KPIs and goals in mind.
Develop rapid prototyping and 3rd party tech integration capabilities as needed
Review Development team skills and adjust development capacity
Monitor output of work and ensure architectural framework is adhered to
Informs on refactoring efforts for eCommerce platform
Thought leader on development planning of features and enhancements
Works closely with the Product team to ensure features are viable
Assist in the process of QA and testing process
Assist in troubleshooting performance and availability bottlenecks for the application
Collaborate effectively with internal & external stakeholders, business stakeholders and global team
Participate in various internal forums across various markets within Org and adopt best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills Required:
Strong, hands-on experience Understanding of multiple languages & technologies, including but not limited to: React, Angular, Python, PWAs, SPAs, Docker, Apigee, AWS
Strong, hands-on experience in Database as MS SQL, My SQL, Snowflake
Strong, hands-on knowledge in Cloud technologies as AWS, Azure
Problem solving capability
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
