What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)
3+ years engineering management experience
8+ years backend systems experience
Crypto knowledge preferred but not required.
You are proficient in developing solutions for ambiguous problems with the ability to balance short term vs long term tradeoffs.
You have an energy and self-drive for continuous learning as Crypto is a constantly and rapidly changing space.
You are passionate about growing people and helping them achieve their goals
You think beyond your team - you are a great teammate to stakeholders and other teams working together to achieve outsized outcomes for the entire company
You are comfortable in a fast paced, continually changing and adapting environment
