Business Intelligence Engineer II

Summary:
Business Intelligence Engineer role will be responsible for creating the proper data modeling necessary to facilitate reporting and analytics, acquiring new data sources, and building out comprehensive data visualizations for key stakeholders. The role will drive ITA in the global core reporting team to drive analytical reporting across the globe. This role is truly a jack of all trades; it will be part process improvement, part analytics, part data modeling, and part strategic design.
Responsibilities: Build out comprehensive metrics to measure operational health, then demonstrate continuous improvement within these metricsBe the voice of your customers; communicate the needs of candidates, associates and staffing coordinators to your stakeholders via the dataTurn over rocks to uncover and drive unanticipated outcomesAcquire various data sources to enable holistic analysis at a global levelBuild various data visualizations to tell the story and let the data speak for itselfMentor junior engineers to drive them to think big and deliver resultsRequirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field+ years of relevant work experience in a BI and/or Statistics roleStrong knowledge of SQL, Python, RPreferred Skills:
Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and/or other data visualization tools like QuickSight.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure including EC, S and RedshiftStrong interpersonal skillsAditiIndia
