JOB DETAILS
1. Create comprehensive catalog strategy aligned to stakeholder s goals and consumer/client needs
2. Develop and execute a robust catalog strategy per client for all assigned areas ensuring alignment to the business goals including consideration of market trends, processes, local challenges and benchmarking
3. Execute strategic gap analysis plans which will drive sales and profit across consumer transactions
4. Work with ecommerce team to create and set up marketing plans and promotional campaigns
5. Analyze and interpret data which measures from catalog to product performance all levels and take agreed action to ensure maximization of sales and profit and reduce shipping costs
6. Review sales and margin performance vs targets, and formulate action plans on any under performances and agree revised plans for rationalization or range fill
7. Initiate and maintain merchant review method for lead merchants to identify best partnerships, pricing, selection and opportunity for growth
8. Developing a regional expertise on sales, catalog, pricing and merchant landscape
