Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management
Responsibilities
• Work with and across senior stakeholders and multiple clients to drive operational risk management, monitor risks, and ensure proactive mitigation.
• Provide risk management support to the Jodhpur operating team, ensuring seamless integration of new risk processes and standards.
• Conduct in-person awareness sessions and collaborate with operating leaders to embed a strong risk culture.
• Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks for F&A processes, enhancing risk visibility for Genpact stakeholders and clients.
• Ability to effectively represent the risk & compliance function during client visits, audits, and leadership discussions, ensuring clear communication of risk insights
• Strong ability to interpret and connect risk data points, highlighting emerging threats, operational impact, and necessary actions for leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, with experience collaborating across multiple business units and senior leadership.
• Experience in implementing risk assessment frameworks, particularly in F&A processes.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for risk awareness initiatives.
• Prior experience in leading and mentoring a risk & compliance team, driving accountability, collaboration, and effective risk management execution
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex risk environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in implementing global risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 27001, or SOX compliance, with a strong understanding of practical application and execution
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional risk initiatives and process improvements.
• Exposure to AI-driven risk analytics, data governance, and emerging risk technologies.
