Job Description

Key Strategic role for handling the finance for the group entitiesLead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance to executive management on financial mattersSupport strategy development for on-boarding new investors by identifying and pitching different opportunities to potential & existing investorsServe as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions. Communicate financial performance, business strategies, and growth prospects effectivelySpearheading project budgeting, ensuring accurate cost estimation, and cost optimisation, financial allocation, and continuous monitoring to stay within the budget.Maintain consistent and transparent communication with investors, providing regular updates on financial performance, business strategies, and growth prospects.

The Successful Applicant

CA / MBA ( 15-20 Years )Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Behavioural Competencies: Planning & Result Orientation, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Leadership, People Management, Relationship management, Strategic Thinking, CommunicationTechnical: Fund Raising, Investor relations, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Treasury Management, Tax Planning, Mergers & AcquisitionsPrior experience of real estate is preferred however not mandatory
