One of our clients, a reputed outdoor advertising agency, is looking out for a professional and courteous Client Services Manager with great people skills who can help their business prioritize existing customers and also bring new clients on board.
The Client Services Manager will be tasked with maintaining current clients and growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, developing customer service policies, training junior client services agents, and recommending different product options to clients. Your dedication to the needs of our clients will encourage client loyalty and enhance our organization’s growth through positive client-to-business engagement.
The Client Services Manager should be able to provide timely solutions to client’s problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients, show initiative and drive when dealing with client requests, and assist in developing marketing material and sales strategies.
Client Services Manager Responsibilities:
01- Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff.
02- Inspire repeat-business from clients.
03- Conduct customer service workshops and presentations.
04- Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
05- Liaise with different departments about client queries.
06- Offer advice to clients on services and products.
07- Develop surveys and capture client information.
08- Participate in marketing campaigns.
09- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
Client Services Manager Requirements:
01- MBA in marketing from a reputed institute
02- Excellent active listening and communication skills.
03- Reliable and self-motivated.
04- General business knowledge.
05- Computer literacy.
06- High service orientation.
07- Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
08- Very good personal presentation, politeness and tact
09- Ability to to function in a high pressure environment and meet deadlines.
