Opportunity to work with a leading brand in personal careOpportunity to work in a fast-paced collaborative FMCG companyAbout Our ClientA well-established organization in the personal care/beauty industry, focusing on delivering innovative and high-quality products to its customers.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the brand's market presence in the personal care industry.Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.Oversee product launches and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.Monitor brand performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI on marketing initiatives.Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.The Successful ApplicantA successful Brand Manager should have:A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience of 3+ years in brand management and retail marketing within the personal care industry.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders.Proficiency in using marketing tools and software to manage campaigns and analyse results.A creative mindset with a focus on delivering innovative brand strategies.
