Drafting of agreements, notices, contracts, complaints, plaints and all legal documents.Review contracts- LOI, MOUs, joint venture dealings, agreements, offers, loan documents, sale purchase agreements, negotiable instruments, commercial agreements, corporate documents, as required by the company from time to time.Ensure compliance with Legal Metrology Ensure Competition law compliance Vetting of contracts, creating awareness Advising the company on negotiations, arbitration, dispute resolution, recoveries and assisting litigation matters Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.Co-ordinate with senior counsels, law firms for litigation assistance. Require Finance officer.Preparation of Daily Report & MIS reports.Vendor (Debtor & Creditor) and Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable / receivable Monitor Inventory / stock levels at Stores Vendor Management, Creating Invoices and PR-PO for SAP.Assistance in preparation of other financial reports.Inventory and store management.Analyze large amount of data, Cross functional coordination with Delivery and support team, preparation of various revenue related analytical reports, financial analytical skills, Familiar with accounting software ie: Oracle Financials is essential
