4.Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both
in group and individual classroom dynamics
5.Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs in support
of the organization’s needs.
6.Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and
practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
7.Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development.
8.Delivery of corporate training programs and strategies
9.Selecting or creating appropriate learning materials for instructional purposes.
10.Monitoring the effectiveness of training materials.
11.Assessing the weaknesses and strengths of individuals and adjusting training as needed.
