As an Enterprise Process Expert within the “Order and Distribution to Cash” process tower, you will be part of a once-in-a-generation programme that will shape our global operations for years to come. 

Accountabilities:
As an Enterprise Process Expert, you will support the development and delivery of business processes, systems, and technologies associated with the distribution of materials and finished goods. You will focus on the exploitation of SAP (S/4 HANA) capability to realize defined processes. Your role will include managing specified topics within the Transportation Management area, providing expert knowledge to support the Enterprise Process Leads (EPL’s), and ensuring Distribution capabilities enable the future needs of our growing business.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- SAP Transportation Management experience
- Solid experience in Distribution or Logistics processes, preferably on a global or regional environment
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve objectives
- Ability to see the ‘bigger picture' while also having the capability to drill into detail in their own area of expertise.
- Ability to manage diverse teams, multiple cultures and negotiate different interests.
- Business Process Management knowledge
- Proficiency in English
