JOB DETAILS One of our clients, a reputed fashion company, is looking out for a fashion merchandiser for their office based in Chennai. The duties and responsibilities are as follows:1- Transfer products from designer and manufacturer to customer hands. 2- Develop good marketing strategies to increase sales. 3- Enhance income projection through efficient advertising campaigns. 4- Present fashion products in very appealing manner to entice customers. 5- Oversee creation of fashion store and visual displays. 6- Analyze changing market trends, supervise sales, oversee production costs and develop income projections for company. 7- Design and develop fashion line for target consumer for current season. 8- Transfer fashion garments from designer and manufacturer to consumers. 9- Formulate good marketing strategies to increase store sales. 10- Execute Company Merchandising Strategy for procurement of Merchandise. 11- Incorporate and interpret Brand Partners procurement strategies to deliver and preserve brand identity. 12- Implement Profit Planning Strategy for each brand incorporating different profit parameters to achieve Business and Sales Plan objectives for sales and profitability. 13- Ensure markdown targets are met to maximize profitability. 14- Monitor and control fashion product costing. 15- Develop overall merchandising concept for the division and transfer concept into right merchandise direction to suit target market.
