Job description Managing and converting walk-ins to closures; collections of Overall Capitalization Rate (OCR) and home loan Disbursement. Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups. Designing monthly and quarterly sales plans for the respective site regularly. Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till the accomplishment. Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and making sure of closing them. Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets. Giving inputs on daily Marketing campaigns and new launches. Managing and up keeping of site in a proper manner. Achieving the set targets given by management before the deadlines. Responsible for monthly offers and creative payment plans. Building good customer relationships and generating reference clients to boost sales.
