Job in Gujarat is Recruitment & Training Service providing Company based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat & sister company of Virtual Height IT Services Pvt. Ltd. Our services will cover areas such as; Recruitment and Training Consulting, Highly Skilled Staffing Consulting, Permanent Staffing Consulting, Temporary / Contract Staffing and any other related human resources services. The Role

Experience in managing multiple IT Projects.

 Experience and functional knowledge of ERP, SAP and Microsoft dynamics. Also, ready to work with other ERP platforms.

 Documenting and analyzing the required information and data. Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.

 Effectively communicating with internal and external teams to deliver functional requirements like very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer& needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational requirements

 Acting as the link between the customer, development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle.

 Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project, manages transition plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

 Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

 Should have worked on product development. Excellent documentation and communication skills.

 Willing to travel to client location for requirement gathering, UAT etc.

 Should have knowledge about issue tracking system like JIRA. Candidate should be known to analysis techniques and required tools.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You have working knowledge of SOW
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
