Job Description About the Role: Our client, a global leader in the technology and operations space, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives that impact multiple business units. This is a high-visibility role, responsible for driving complex programs from concept to execution across cross-functional teams. You will bring structure to ambiguity, manage stakeholder alignment, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of critical projects. The ideal candidate is data-driven, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments where business needs evolve rapidly. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large, complex programs across multiple teams and departments Translate business goals into executable project plans with clear milestones Analyze fragmented datasets to derive actionable insights and inform strategy Identify root causes of inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives Define and track KPIs to measure project success and operational health Proactively identify risks and escalate with contingency plans Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, tech, operations, finance, etc.) to drive alignment and execution Author effective business documents and program reviews for leadership Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management Strong background in data analysis and performance metrics Proven ability to lead end-to-end program delivery and influence senior stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in process excellence or operational transformation MBA or Master’s in Business, Operations, or a related field Experience working in high-scale environments such as e-commerce, logistics, or enterprise technology Note: This position is with a globally recognized organization.
