Headquartered in India with a strong international presence, they serve diverse industries with a focus on innovation and scalability.Job DescriptionLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.Develop dynamic financial models and scenario planning tools for strategic decisions.Oversee Accounts Receivable operations, implement risk-based credit policies, and optimize working capital.Drive MIS standardization and automation, ensuring real-time reporting and KPI dashboards.Lead finance automation roadmap using RPA, ML, and AI for processes like variance analysis and cash flow forecasting.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and data governance.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and establish a center of excellence for analytics and automation.The Successful ApplicantQualified CA/CMA with 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in FP&A, AR, and MIS.Proven track record in finance process automation, ERP/BI systems, and digital transformation.Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and proficiency in dashboarding and data visualization.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
