Job Description Regional Business Manager – MP & Chhattisgarh ???? Location: Indore or Bhopal ???? Industry: Medical Devices (Stents / Balloons / Cath Labs / Implants) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead and manage sales operations across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in the medical devices industry, particularly in interventional cardiology products such as stents, balloons, cath lab consumables, and implants. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team across MP & Chhattisgarh. Drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and expand market presence. Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and territory expansion activities. Ensure field visibility and regular market engagement through extensive travel. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Report regional performance to senior leadership and ensure business alignment. Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate in Science or Life Sciences (preferred). Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in the medical devices / interventional cardiology segment. Proven success in team leadership, distributor management, and business development. Strong track record of driving sales and achieving targets. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Willingness for extensive field travel across the assigned region. Preferred Industry Background Candidates from companies such as Meril, Medtronic, SMT, Translumina, Purple, or other leading cardiac device organizations will be given preference.
