About Our Client

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis products (Tosca, TestIM, Qtest) and Service now for various software applications, including web, API based, mobile, and desktop platforms.Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and cases.Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects using designated tracking systems.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices in test automation.Mentor and guide junior team members on Tricentis products (Tosca, TestIM, Qtest), Service now and test automation best practices.

Job Description

Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new testing tools and technologies.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and Tosca.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using Tricentis products (Tosca, TestIM, Qtest), Service now.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and principles.Expertise in Tosca test case design, execution, and reporting.Experience with test automation frameworks and design patterns.Experience with API testing and automation.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Certifications in Tosca or other relevant testing tools.

Good to have:

Experience with performance testing using Tricentis products (NEOLoad).

Experience with mobile testing using Tosca.

Experience in manual testing metrology
