We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the export market for our company's products or services. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors, and stay ahead of the competition by analyzing market trends and customer preferences.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the export market for company's products or services
Identify new business opportunities and potential new markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors in international markets
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and timely delivery
Provide product training and sales support to distributors and overseas sales teams
Monitor and assess sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated with export regulations, trade financing options, and international business practices
Build a strong network of contacts, attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services
Manage and motivate the export sales team, set sales targets, and provide necessary training and guidance to achieve objectives
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential new product lines or business opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:--------------
Proven experience as an export sales manager from FMCG/FOOD industry
Strong knowledge of international sales strategies, market trends, and export regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong negotiation and selling skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
Ability to analyze market data, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions
Familiarity with trade financing options and international payment methods
Proficiency in using software and other tools to manage customer relationships and track sales performance
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Degree in International Business and Marketing
