The Garments Helper is responsible for assisting in packing, quality checking, and loading/unloading
garments and raw materials. The role ensures that products are properly packed, checked for
quality, and handled safely during transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing & Checking:

  • Assist in folding, tagging, and packing garments according to company standards.
  •  Ensure proper labelling and correct product details on packaging.
  •  Conduct basic quality checks, such as inspecting for damages, loose threads, or incorrect stitching.
  •  Separate defective or non-compliant items for further review.

Loading & Unloading:

  • Load and unload garments, raw materials, and finished products from trucks or storage areas.
  • Handle products with care to avoid damage during transportation.
  • Assist in organizing and stacking items properly in the warehouse or dispatch area.
  • Use hand trolleys or lifting tools (if required) for safe handling.

General Duties:

  •  Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
  •  Follow company safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  •  Work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
  •  Assist in other tasks as needed, such as moving stock within the factory or warehouse.

RequirementsRequirements:
  • No formal education is required, but basic literacy is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in packing, checking, or warehouse work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and attention to detail.
