Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or a related field, especially in healthcare (Mandatory skill).

  • Proven ability in lead generation and converting leads into successful business projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial terms and build long-lasting partnerships with clients.

  • Competence in account management with the capability to handle client portfolios and maintain good customer relations.
  • Ability to forge strategic partnerships that align with organizational objectives and drive growth.
  • Outstanding communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

  • Use CRM tools to track progress, manage pipelines, and report to senior management on business activity and progress.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to understand market trends and establish professional networks.
  • Continuously monitor market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry innovations to position our services effectively.
