Job Description

Lead the SAP FI stream for ECC, driving implementations, enhancements, and long-term finance transformation.Manage end-to-end FI responsibilities including cost center rationalization, open purchase orders, capitalisation, lease accounting, and statutory/management reporting.Partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership to align technology with accounting, compliance, and business requirements.Provide expertise in bookkeeping, financial statements, GAAP, IFRS, IND-AS, SOX, taxation, asset management, and treasury processes.Drive integration with MM, WM, REFX, TRM, and CO modules, ensuring seamless enterprise processes.Lead and mentor a team of direct and extended reports while managing vendor delivery.Uphold SDLC, ITIL, and project governance standards to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15-17 years of experience, blending finance domain expertise with SAP FI leadership.Proven track record of at least one full-cycle SAP FI implementation and subsequent operations.Industry background in Retail, FMCG, or Consumer-facing businessesStrong leadership and people management capabilities, able to run an FI stream independently.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive enhancements while maintaining operational excellence.
