: The Associate Director of Operations provides operational and account-level financial management Responsible for resourcing and ensuring the accounts are staffed appropriately to their budgets and overall needs.
-Lead account operations within agency including scope management and reporting.
-Partner with Business Leadership and discipline leads to manage programs for the year across multiple channels client.
- Develop annual and incremental staff plans and scopes (in partnership with Business Leadership and Finance).
- Manage client/account budgets through proper scope definition, risk management and change management protocols.
-Develop and implement executional strategies for client projects.
- Lead relationship with client agency relations team Identify opportunities and implement solutions for improving client and team delivery processes.
-Identify best practices and develop new systems, processes and tools for complex integrated client work.
-Oversee the agency workflow and establish client specific processes to ensure efficiencies and highest quality of deliverables.
