Responsibilities: ​

Role & Responsibilities:
SIS Development : Connect with tiles and sanitary ware dealers, etc. to convince them to allocate space within their stores or showrooms for displaying and selling company products.
Team Management : Lead, manage, and motivate a team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Dealer Network Expansion : Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the network.
Sales Target Achievement : Ensure the achievement of sales volume, value, and growth targets within the assigned territory.
Retail Distribution Management : Develop and expand a wide retail distribution network, implementing effective management schemes to drive sales.
Market & Competition Analysis : Track competitor activities and analyse local market trends to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

 5+ years experience of hard core channel sales  Age profile: 30-35 years Graduation regular

Must be from building material industry (non-paint), specially from Ply, Sanitary/Bath ware, Ceramics/Tiles
Must have good stability min 3-4 years in present company
Must have very good connect with dealers and must be confident enough to convince the dealers for DOCO stores
