The Account Management Analyst Sr. (NetSuite) role is responsible a high volume of NetSuite client accounts/contacts for purposes of maintaining current revenue generation with existing firm clients through proactive and reactive coordination relative to client license renewals, users license additions, etc. This role is also responsible for beginning to drive smaller expansion opportunities within their assigned client accounts and when appropriate, notifying client relationship leaders and/or business developers for more complex client expansion opportunities. The Account Management Analyst Sr. is expected to have a solid understanding of the various firm services being performed at assigned client accounts to effectively engage client related requests, questions as well as uncovering potential additional services the firm can provide
Essential Duties
Achieve stated renewal goals through proactive client service on renewal of firm services/products such as NetSuite license renewals, user adds, etc. for assigned client accounts base.
Follow established processes to ensure touchpoints are occurring at appropriate intervals with the client to be proactive meeting their needs Achieve stated growth goals relative to expansion of client services through proactive client service and referrals to appropriate firm client servers and/or business developersDevelopment and execution of client account plans to take into consideration cross functional service opportunities as well as securing current services/revenue provided to the client
Responsible for detailing key decision makers, operating units, and other relevant corporate profile information to aid in the identification of broader relationship opportunities.Support and participate in marketing campaign execution for portfolios including but not limited to:
Event coordination including invitations, attendance tracking
Follow ups as required
Maintain client contact and data points within the firm’s CRM system to maintain appropriate view into all activity occurring with client base.
Timely and accurate data entry of accounts, contacts, activities, and related opportunitiesActive participation in team and/or firm meetings/calls/events.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredTECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)required CRM experience for sales and/or account management application and requirements required Established NetSuite industry knowledge required Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of assigned clients and/or renewal schedules requiredEXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of professional services sales and/or account coordination required, preferably in a consulting firm / accounting firm environment Previous experience with customer relationship management process preferredLEADERSHIP SKILLS
