Greetings,Excellent Opportunity for Automobile Sales Executive.Our Client is an Indian multinational ride sharing company.Roles and Responsibilities:Presentable Appearance and Attitude.Lead Management - Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiriesInquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer.Demonstrating the Scooter.Carry out Test rides and convert to final saleAddressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc.KPIs:- Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR- Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR- Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs- Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers- CX ratingRequirementsLocation:West BengalNotice Period:Immediate - 10 daysQualificationGraduation/Diploma/12th PassNote: 1 year Sales experience in Automobile (worked in 2W or 4W Dealership), Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking, B2C, B2B Sales preferredKnows driving 2 wheeler and must have Driving LicenseGood communication skillsMale RequiredBenefitsSalary: LPA CTC+ TA and Incentives
