JOB DETAILS 1.Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.2.Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems. 3.Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products. 4.Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs. 5.Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity. 6.Work with Managers to analyze job orders and develop production tasks and schedule. 7.Plan and assign daily job duties to workers. 8.Recommend changes in workflow, operations and equipment to maximize production efficiency. 9.Provide job training to workers to meet production goals. 10.Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions. 11.Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
