JOB DETAILS
Resource should be able to lead the offshore team and be able to co-ordinate with the onshore team and client and ensure there is no gaps in communication
Resource should be hands on and be able to handle incidents and defects as per the priority and ensure that the SLAs are not missed
Resource should be able to guide the junior members of the team and help the team be successful in the whole delivery
Resource should be able to raise an alarm on time and ensure that the leadership update
Resource needs to have knowledge and hands on experience on Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redux UI and React JS
Resource should also have hands on experience on AWS services like EC2, ELB, RDS, CloudWatch, KMS
Resource should have knowledge on Incident Management Process and Defect Management Process
Resource should know how the SLAs work and ensure they are tracked closely to avoid any SLA slippages
Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Rally would be preferred
Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills, team handling skills, etc are a must
2 Being able to handle pressure situations and willing get their hands dirty when situation demands
